Cresswell to Eveton for £25m.
I’ll drive him!

Re: Cresswell to Eveton for £25m.
Appreciate posters who get frustrated with him with the arms in the air stuff, but in his defense he wants to make overlap runs on the wing (remember those from Billic's first season?), but never gets the ball if he makes the run. And if he does but ball goes elsewhere he's then up the pitch with no cover behind. Now he just doesn't bother too often.
The amount of times i've seen this waste over the last 2 seasons is bonkers!
The irony is when Arthur makes a run its usually with ball at feet so forces other players to support him.

Maybe I just miss the magical diagonals! 😉

>>> Alex V. So he's "still useful"? Thought you just posted "more useful than ever". Keep stretching.

And I explained my reasoning in that post. Read it again.

Yes, still useful, but not as useful as 25 million.

Is there a link between unique sports management, Martin Flieschman and Mark curtis

Find that link and I’m sure BFS will be in for him. See also Antonio with the same representation.

Re: Cresswell to Eveton for £25m.
I think this just shows where the market is right now.

Cresswell has decent games, and also very poor games. He’s defensively suspect, but good on the ball compared to the likes of Collins and Ogbomna and has got a very good delivery on him. Throw in the fact he’s English, left footed, and a proven Premier League player and £25m seems about right. I’d certainly be annoyed if we sold him for £10-£15m which is the sort of price a lot of people here are inferring he is worth

>>> Alex V. Just a few weeks back you said Cresswell was "past it". Now you're acclaiming his "experience". Maybe he's Benjamin Button in disguise? Or maybe someone's talking shite?

Or maybe he's likely past his peak but still useful? Was it that much of a stretch to come up with the obvious answer?

Re: Cresswell to Eveton for £25m.
Cresswell doesn't have 10 assists this season, he's got 6, it is his beat season in that respect, last 3 seasons he's got 2,4 & 4.

imagine what he'd be worth if he could use both feet

Just out of interest, where did you get 10 assists from? It was 6 assists where I looked it up.
